Specification Sales/ Area Sales Manager
Our client, a leading player within the UK roofing sector is looking to appoint a Specification Sales Manager to cover the Wales region to
help them achieve their growth plans.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience of dealing with architects, main contractors and specifiers as well as the local authority market. You must be able demonstrate your knowledge of
these sectors as well as being able to demonstrate outstanding sales figures.
With the support of a well structured internal support team, you will be tasked with winning specifications within your defined region by negotiating and running CPD presentations to architects,
contractors and specifiers. Previous experience
within the roofing/ waterproofing sector is important although product training for the right candidate will be made available.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
* Developing new business within a specified region
* Communicate at all levels both internally and externally
* Developing existing accounts
* Identify ongoing opportunities to maximise business potential
* CPD Presentations to Architects

Sales Engineer
My client a market leading manufacturer within their field are
seeking to appoint a Sales Engineer to cover the West Midlands.
Due to the specialist nature of their products the successful candidate will receive a 12 month training plan to ensure their success.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to sell with excellent communication skills both face to face and via other methods.
You will will have a demonstrable proven track record in achieving Sales Targets and Performance indicators.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
* Targeting Consultants, Architects, Local Authorities and M & E Contractors
* Managing a Territory effectively
* Maintaining CRM database
* Building Client Relationships
* Presentations
* Negotiations
The Person:
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Minimum of 2 Years experience within a Field Sales environment
* Background in Electrical or Construction Products/Projects
* Degree preferred but not essential

Regional Account Manager
Our client whom is a leading player within the construction sector and is an undoubted market leader across the industry are seeking to appoint Regional Account
Managers to cover a number of regions to help them achieve their growth plans.
We are looking to appoint in the North, Midlands and South East regions.
Unlike many companies my client has put in plans to grow during these testing times and the Regional Account Managers will be critical to these plans. They are renowned in the marketplace and a a financially stable
company.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience of sales to National and Regional Housebuilders, you must be able demonstrate your knowledge of this market.
With their offering you must have the ability to complete a solution sale across a number of products within their portfolio to Senior Executives within organisations. Previous product knowledge within their sector is not of
importance although you would need to have a knowledge of a construction related product.
